Product Return Policy

The information in this section has been prepared on the basis of the relevant provisions of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

If the characteristics of the product purchased from Gardashlar Mebel do not meet the consumer’s requirements, the product may be replaced with another that meets the required characteristics within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase).

If the purchased product has not been used, and its commercial appearance, consumer properties, packaging, receipt, or other document confirming payment for the product has been preserved, the product may be returned.

The product cannot be exchanged or returned in the following cases:

If it has not been used in accordance with its intended purpose or technical documentation;

If violations are detected during transportation, loading, unloading, or installation of the furniture by the customer (scratches, dents, cracks, bends, etc.);

If defects are discovered during initial use of the furniture (cleaning, scratching, etc.);

If, during initial use, non-company parts/elements have been added to the furniture.
