Furniture storage conditions

It is recommended to store and operate the furniture in a well-ventilated, dry indoor space with air temperature from +2 °C to +45 °C, protected from direct sunlight, and relative humidity between 45–70%.

Furniture items adjustment

Bolts, nuts, screws, and other elements loosened during use should be periodically tightened.

Furniture cleaning

Wipe the surface with a soft cloth dampened with clean water, then dry completely with a dry cloth. Additionally, check the “Furniture Usage Guidelines” section.

Use of cleaning products

The use of solvents, carbonate, acid, alkali, and abrasive substances is prohibited.

Sunlight on furniture

Furniture must be protected from direct sunlight.

Furniture contact with heating appliances

Furniture should not be placed near heating appliances.

Compliance with standards

Furniture conforms to GOST 16371-2014 standard (November 14, 2014, N72P).

Guarantee period

Public space and children’s furniture – 18 months

Household furniture – 24 months

Chairs – 3, 6, or 12 months
The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale.

Not guaranteed

Violation of operation, storage, transportation, and installation rules is not covered by the warranty.

Circumstances of warranty violation

If warranty card, receipt, invoice, or similar documents are not provided, the company may refuse warranty service.

Warranty validity

The warranty starts from the date of sale and covers all models and parts. Repair time is max 30 working days and is not included in the warranty period.

Furniture replacement cases

You can request free replacement of furniture if:

The same defect occurs twice a year;

More than 4 defects appear within 1 year;

More than 6 defects appear within 2 years (within warranty);

The 30-day repair period has passed;

The furniture is declared unserviceable by an expert.

Not included in warranty service

Installation by non-company team;

Expiration of warranty period;

Failure to follow instructions;

Mechanical damage after delivery;

Overloading of mechanisms;

Natural disasters (flood, fire, etc.);

Physical damage by consumer;

Unauthorized repair attempts;

Structural changes by consumer;

Use of harmful cleaning substances;

Improper use (scratching, crushing, breaking, etc.).

In these cases, service is paid and determined by the company.

Note: Complaints about damage detected after delivery are not accepted for warranty repair. Small invisible defects not affecting appearance are possible.
