Valuing Employees – Gardashlar Mebel’s CEO Ali Mirzayev Calls on Companies

Azerbaijan’s leading furniture manufacturer Gardashlar Mebel has once again attracted attention with an initiative aimed at improving office employees’ well-being.

The new model allows users to comfortably work on laptops in a seated position and also relax lying down during short breaks. The design is based on ergonomic principles, complemented with the brand’s colors and logo to create an aesthetic appearance suitable for office environments. One of the key advantages of the product is its flexibility – with a simple touch, it can be positioned upright, or lowered to provide full rest.

The project was initiated by Ali Mirzayev, CEO of Gardashlar Mebel. His vision behind this initiative is not only to enhance the well-being of Gardashlar Mebel employees but also to introduce a new perspective to workplace culture across the country.
